Absolutely no one's personal and/or financial information will be sold or traded by The Silly Parrot, LLC, knowingly. All information obtained by The Silly Parrot, LLC is necessary to fill orders only and to inform the buyer of upcoming products.
An exception to this would be if a legal situation arises and it is necessary to use the information to clear the matter up. Also, Dr. Harvey's Healthy Formulations, Inc. may have access to the buyer's information (name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address), but only if the buyer has ordered Dr. Harvey's products and delivery is going directly to the buyer's door from Dr. Harvey's warehouse. The buyer pays The Silly Parrot, LLC who in turn pays Dr. Harvey's Healthy Formulations, Inc. to deliver to the buyer's shipping address.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Silly Parrot, LLC is a proud supplier of all the foods on this site. All information included in the descriptions, ingredients and Guaranteed Analysis charts comes from the company's literature and/or products. The Silly Parrot, LLC will not be held responsible for any misinterpretations or misuse of their products or of The Silly Parrot's products by the buyer.
ORDERING/PAYMENTS
At this time, we are accepting U.S. currency (money orders and checks*) and now Visa and Mastercard. *We will be waiting 5-10 days for the check to clear the bank first before shipping the products ordered. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause anyone. Returned Checks will incur a $25.00 handling fee. Order totals placed through the Shopping Cart feature DO NOT include exact shipping, a non-refundable handling fee ($1.25) or applicable sales tax at the time the order is placed. These charges will be added at the time of shipping. That is also when your credit card will be charged.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
The prices listed are for delivering to the continental USA only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Most orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt. Please e-mail or phone us for shipping charges to other destinations, shipping charges for larger quantities, if you would rather use express delivery or any other questions you may have.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If a Bobblebird or an Ornament is damaged during shipping (ALL items are inspected before they are packaged for shipping) and a replacement/refund* is necessary, please call, e-mail or inform us in a letter before the return to explain the problem. Please do this within 30 days of receiving your order. Also, all returned products must be received at The Silly Parrot, LLC before replacement products will be shipped out. Food items and toys/toy parts cannot be returned for the obvious reasons - bird safety. If for some reason, the order is returned to us UNOPENED*, there will be a $5.00 non-refundable restocking fee charged to the buyer.
*Shipping/handling will not be included in the refund amount agreed upon by The Silly Parrot, LLC and the buyer. Also, The Silly Parrot, LLC is not responsible for the shipping/handling charges incurred by the buyer to return the item.
