Here is a little bit about Macawlrus:

Because the Macawlrus is a very hefty bird, he really doesn’t fly much but that doesn’t slow him down.  He is often found hanging out on the rocks with the seals where his long beak is perfect to get at food between the rocks.  Although his looks are rather intimidating, the Macawlrus is a very social bird and he is always found at the parrot gatherings all over the island where he sways back and forth in an attempt to receive all of the attention.
