Here is a little bit about Congolion:

Excellent in mimicry, this most intelligent Congolion Parrot has been found to be a bit mischievous therefore she plays the Island’s “mighty warrior” perfectly.  Because she can mimic the calls and sounds of potential predators, Congolion helps protect the Sosillyan flocks by imitating their predator’s predators and scaring them off before destroying the peace on Sosillyan Island.  This tree is the flock’s favorite perching place.
